Within the Velorlink affiliate program, we collect the necessary data for affiliate registration, performance tracking, and payment processing. 8.2. Use of Personal Data
The personal data collected will be used solely for managing the affiliate program, internal reporting, processing commissions, and communication with affiliates. In the event of termination of collaboration, Velorlink will retain personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill legal and contractual obligations, but not limited to, and will delete it securely afterward.

Velorlink reserves the right to collect performance data (traffic, conversions, etc.) and use it for analysis and improvement of the affiliate program, without identifying the personal data of affiliates.

8.6. Affiliate Account Confidentiality
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and access data. If unauthorized use of an account is suspected, affiliates must immediately notify Velorlink to take the necessary measures.
